Great place to call in when you are anywhere near Swainby. They serve delicious homemade food – soups, scones, cakes etc. pots of tea and coffee. Such a pleasure to meet their friendly welcoming staff. Paintings by local artist, (Jane Kitching) and her greetings cards on sale – along with jars of local honey and gifts for cyclists! Bike hire for the energetic. Go and see for yourselves.

If you’ve a four-legged friend of the canine variety, you’ll find them welcome here and, if you’ve an iron-horse, you’ll find it a welcoming and restful stop on your travels.
